North Korea ready to shock the world at 2010 Fifa World Cup
North Korea is qualified to the fifa world cup for second time. Last time, it did play in 1966 at England surprising the world by defeating the strong team Italy. At this world cup, despite being in group of death along with Portugal, Ivory Coast and the almighty Brazil, N. Korea is believed to give unexpected result. The North Korean Team is named Under Dogged Team, the team which can output any result and the team to whom other opponents will never ever take easily and underestimate. N. Korea is the last ranked team on fifa ranking among the other 31 nations. So it is a great achievement for the players of isolated country like N. Korea even to qualify for such a great event facing various problems. So let’s hope N. Korea come alive in Group of Death.
PROBLEM OF LOADSHEDDING AT THE OPENING CEREMONY OF FIFA WORLD CUP 2010
As the most awaited sporting event in the planet is going to be inagurated within two hours, few football fans from Nepal are going to be disappointed due to the problem of loadshedding. The problem of loadshedding is not new in Nepal but in the world cup, it is not toelerable. Although the authorities knew about the craze of football fans for the tournament, they are not doing anything to make the world cup fans get rid off loadshedding. At least, the authorities should make the schedule of loadshedding so as to maintain the loadshedding time not in the match.

3 DAYS LEFT TO A POLITICAL VACCUM IN NEPAL

Only three days are left for the life line of current Constitutional Assembly (C.A) in Nepal. Certainly, there will be constitutional vaccum after the collapse of tenure of C.A. It may lead the nation to some uncertain political scenario. There may be chances of interference from neighbors and no one knows there may be a civil war. So, to protect the nation and prevent these problems, the major political parties do not have any alternatives except to arrive at some point of negotiation. All the major parties should be fully committed heartly and faithfully towards the mitigation of present political problem of the nation. All the political leaders must be flexible to find solution to current political deadlock. All the parties should think on the behalf of nation and public not on their own political benefit, otherwise the people won’t forgive these leaders.

ENGLAND IN FIFA WORLD CUP 2010, SOUTH AFRICA
England including this world cup is qualified for 12 times. To get a seat reserved in this world cup, it has topped the group in qualifying round. England hasn’t had any major title since 1966, at when English football team got their one and only world cup title till date. England was the host nation for 1966 world cup.At this world cup, it is in group ‘C’ along with USA, Algeria and Slovenia. Comparatively, it is very easy group for England. Among other teams, only USA is tougher one.
The English Team for this world cup is without David Beckham and Michael Owen. But the English team is well organized from the star players Wayne Rooney, Frank Lampard, Stefen Gerrard, John Terry, Rio Ferdinand and more under the inspection of Fabio Capello. From history, although English team being full of stars, it didn't play the expected game and didn't output the expected result. Football being completely based on team work and spirit, the star players only can do nothing individually. Many football pundits and analysts openly declared the possibility of English Team to win this world cup. Spain and Brazil are also considered potential winner teams for this world cup. We all have to wait and watch from first game to final game to get the true champion of the world cup.

Republic of Nepal
Nepal became a republic in May 2008, it had been ruled by monarchs or a ruling family for most of its modern history in relative isolation.
AT-A-GLANCE
Politics: Historic elections in April 2008 led to abolition of centuries-old monarchy
Economy: Civil strife wrecked the economy and Nepal is dependent on aid; tourism is a key foreign exchange earner
Timeline
A brief experiment with multi-party politics in 1959 ended with King Mahendra suspending parliament and taking sole charge in 1962.
Democratic politics was introduced in 1991 after popular protests, but was marked by frequent changes of government. The last king of Nepal, Gyanendra, twice assumed executive powers - in 2002 and 2005.
Maoist rebels waged a decade-long campaign against the monarchy, leaving more than 12,000 people dead and 100,000 people displaced according to UN figures.
When King Gyanendra's direct rule ended under public pressure in April 2006, the rebels entered talks with the parliamentary government on how to end the civil war.
A peace deal was agreed in November, although the Maoists continued to press for abolition of the monarchy.
Parliament agreed to the condition in December 2007, and the Maoists emerged as the largest parliamentary party after elections in April 2008.
The monarchy was abolished a month later, and a Maoist-dominated government took office in August.
The Maoist-led coalition government disintegrated in May 2009, and was succeeded by another coalition excluding the Maoists.

People's movement in Nepal
The constitutional evolutionary phases were continuously witnessed throughout the development process in Nepal. The post second Jan-andolan,2062 (2005) period has provided ample opportunities for stabilizing and institutionalizing the institutional democracy, peace and constitutional reforms. The formation of Constituent Assembly has raised the common man’s hope of period getting a constitutional solution forever. The Nepalese masses have not forgotten that, the Constituent assembly was a mere declaration by the King Mahendra in 2007(1950) and the successive constitutions were formed by the related Constitution drafting committees. At that time, the constitutional experts were hand picked, the rigidity, abstract law, limited constitutional resources, least judicial developments and impact of ruling monarch were major hurdles in the way of making appropriate Nepali constitution. Along with this, soaring socio-economic problems has obstructed a lot for experimenting with past six constitutions having colors, flavor and impact of then existing time.
